Paradise Beach Limited is committed to recommencing construction on site before the end of first quarter of 2010 and we will shortly be appointing an International Construction Management company to manage the entire construction process on our behalf.

The company has already approached a number of major UK construction companies with proven Caribbean operations and, following receipt of tenders, our Board is determined to make an announcement in the very near future.

The overall development master plan and the original hotel layout will both be revised to provide optimum use of the land, whilst ensuring that all of the original facilities are retained, in order to guarantee that the Four Seasons Barbados remains a world-class, mixed-use five star resort.
