Paradise Beach Limited has appointed Davis Langdon to manage the entire construction process of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences on our behalf.

An AECOM company, Davis Landon is a leading global construction consulting firm specialising in project and cost management. The company has a wealth of experience in seven-star hotel and resort construction management and comes with the full support of Four Seasons.

The overall development master plan and the original hotel layout will both be revised to provide optimum use of the land, whilst ensuring that all of the original facilities are retained, in order to guarantee that the Four Seasons Barbados remains a world-class, mixed-use five star resort.

Davis Langdon have completed their project analysis and issued the tender documents to Barbadian contractors.
